Yes, the integration fully supports two-way syncing, enabling both employee data and leave information to move seamlessly between BambooHR and  Xero. This means that any changes made in BambooHR, such as new hires, role updates, or leave requests are automatically reflected in Xero, ensuring your records remain accurate and up to date across both systems.

In return, Xero updates BambooHR with the latest leave balances. This creates a smooth, connected experience for both administrators and employees.

If you prefer a one-way sync of employee information from BambooHR to Xero, this can be done as well.
How much does the integration cost?

How often does information sync?

The data sync happens on a daily basis. You also have the option to push a manual sync if you need a change reflected in Xero immediately.
Can we map custom fields to Xero?

At this time, only standard payroll fields will be mapped to  Xero.
