The Challenge
Frequency NZ had a very manual process prior to using BambooHR. Employee information was kept in multiple siloed systems such as One Drive, excel spreadsheets and paper forms. This posed challenges around keeping employee information updated across the business.
During the 2021-2022 period, Frequency NZ underwent a significant growth phase. The rapid growth presented several challenges for the team, particularly in their recruitment and onboarding process.
Their manual approach to internal processes proved to be insufficient in accommodating increasing needs. As such, they have had to explore new and innovative ways to address these challenges and streamline processes.

Furthermore, they were able to streamline their onboarding experience and create a consistent and professional employee experience.
Outcome 2: Training integration with TalentLMS
Using our ready-to-go integration between BambooHR and TalentLMS, Frequency NZ were able to easily track and manage training programs for their employees. Completed training courses in TalentLMS automatically show as complete in BambooHR also, allowing HR and managers to view up-to-date reports and have the assurance that their employees have the necessary skills required to perform their job effectively.
Outcome 3: Customisations
Frequency NZ utilises the functionality within BambooHR to create custom fields and tables to create their own forms - enabling greater feedback and insights from employees that can improve company culture and operations. Making the most of how customisable BambooHR is meant they could create an HRIS that is specific to their unique requirements.
