The Challenge
In the past, Rheem took their conducted regular face-to-face training nationwide with a primary focus on catering to the learning and development needs of their tradies. They were using legacy systems to record training which was time intensive and prompted them to reassess their strategies and explore other alternative avenues for training delivery.
In addition to this, Rheem had encountered logistical hurdles, including frequent requirements for travel, accommodation, venue bookings, and the need for tradies to allocate time away from their daily schedules to attend these training sessions.
The Solution

“We wanted to deliver product training to our customers nationwide but found we can only visit each region once per year. Having an online solution means customers can access training in-between our scheduled face-to-face sessions. We looked at several platforms but found TalentLMS to be easy to understand and use.
